Finding time to reflect on being grateful everyday doesn’t seem very important compared to all the pressing MUST DOS of the day. But it should be on the very tip top of our list if we want to stay healthy and optimist!!!

 

Studies are showing that the practice of daily gratitude can cultivate feelings of well-being and happiness. Grateful thinking and expressing feelings of gratitude to others will increase your own levels of positive energy, optimism and loving compassion for others.

 

These studies are finding that regular expressions of gratitude are opening the heart and activating positive brain neurons. The more these neurons fire, the more they create patterns of optimism & positive thinking in our brains.

 

Gratitude is an electron of vibrations emotions that create feelings of well being. This allows us to be less stressed, viewing life with a broader, more hopeful outlook. It becomes easier for us to make lemonade out of lemons, and to see the proverbial glass as half-full instead of half-empty.

Think about it…Don’t you FEEL the happiest when you do something that makes someone else Happy? We hunt for the perfect gift… Why?

 

We go out of our way to do something nice for someone else. Doesn’t that seem strange?

 

Could it be that we are hoping to experience emotions of LOVE & Happiness in the process? Do we want to have those warm, fuzzy feelings we get when we do nice things for others?

 

Is it possible that this drive to feel happy is built into our anatomy? Are you programmed for love and happiness but don’t know it?

 

Is being grateful the shortcut to these emotions of love and happy we so desperately yearn for?

If you will function in the state of being grateful, you will change your life. Why?

 

When you are feeling love and acceptance of yourself and others, you will open the doors to the flood of goodness that is waiting for you!

 

Love & Gratitude will attract abundance, peace, joy, happiness, wealth, security, empathy, blessings, health, our desires, our dreams, blessings and all things wonderful. These things are always there…waiting.

 

When you embrace being grateful and make it the top priority of your day, is when flood gates will open and all your heart’s desires will come true!
